Looking at the way things have been go...InsyaAllah. Looking at the way things have been going for us, the signs seem to be in the positive. Something both our fathers said - if things get better, we must be doing things right.

I started writing this post a week ago, and had wanted to publish it on the first of April (of course). But I hit the sack very early most nights last week. I hadn't said a proper "Thank you" to you for helping me in setting up this new place of ours. So this post is actually it, a small token to show my appreciation and gratitude for your unlimited support. sistemannissahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12121167782383232932noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7994573069728821959.post-84264837385193693812013-04-06T01:11:36.570+08:002013-04-06T01:11:36.570+08:00Is it 500 km away...? Checked with Google Maps and...Is it 500 km away...? Checked with Google Maps and, yes, it's 515 km if it's from there to Grik and then the North-South Highway down to Kota Damansara.

Anyway, I didn't know you were writing this post until it came into the email inbox. There's a lot that I want to write, and I'll have to do so with a full post at my own blog to really justify what I want to say. For the time being I'll just say a few things here - "a few" because I'm typing this from the BlackBerry.

The new office - I'm very grateful to Allah that we have managed to pull it off despite the obstacles and the limited resources. The fact that it is now up and running is an achievement and something remarkable if we stop to think about it. Despite the problems, we have managed to obtain a place that is much better than the previous one. And we did it with a budget that's puny when compared to the classy three-unit office nearby.

At last, I'm now satisfied that you have a place that is more suitable for what you are doing. I also want your practice to thrive and that you will be fairly rewarded for what you are doing. I know that it isn't a mere "business" for you - it's a lot more and that money isn't your main priority. Unfortunately, it will grind to a halt if you focus only on wanting to treat and help others. That means I will have to do what's necessary in terms of cash flow so that you can continue doing this.

Actually, this is also for me - having an office and being involved in a business is something that I had wanted to do in the mid-90s. But I had failed to even get off the ground. I now realise that the time, place and probably people weren't right at then. It and everything else would have failed - I just didn't "have it".

But with you, in us being and doing things together, a lot has gone right! Even something so big like getting and starting this new office - becomes achievable. After all, no one is going to let me have an office just because I want to. And even if I do get one, it takes a lot to make it functional.

I hope I can help you to make this a big success; something that will thrive and bring happiness and satisfaction to everyone involved.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
